Here is what Jay has to say about how and why he started Rainbow Candle Company.....
Rainbow Candle Company started as two ideas. A friend who burns lots of candles was about to lose his candle supplier and was looking for another source for inexpensive quality candles from a candlemaker who would listen to what he wanted.
My spouse suggested that someone ought to make candles with a second and different scented candle in the lid.
From these two ideas Rainbow Candle Company was born. A lot of time and phone calls went in to finding containers with lids that were flat on top so they could sit upside down and be used as a candle container. Lots of web searching and phone calls went in to finding the best prices for wax, fragrances and other supplies needed to make the candles.
