What is an online fair/party

Vendor fairs are chat rooms where consultants/reps from different companies get together and share their products/business
opportunities. The vendors almost always offer some kind of discount to people attending the fair and there are usually prizes
for people to win as well. Vendors will usually have games for prizes. There can also be a prize vault and
the moderator/owner of the chat room will have games so attendees can choose what they want from the vault when they win the
game.
Preparing for Your Party

Prepare your specials & presentation.
You should have your links and descriptions already typed out and ready
so you can just copy and paste.
This is so much easier than trying to look things up when it is your turn to present.
Also prepare at least 1 game such as item name scramble, high low number or describe a product
and the guests name it. Or any other games you may know.

Advertising is mandatory for all vendors!

Timed Online Parties:
A Timed
Party is when each vendor has an individual time slot to present in.
Arrive for your time slot on time. Please don't
be late. It does not look good to anyone when you are late. If you are more than 10 mins late you have forfitted your time
slot.
To start off introduce yourself and the company you are representing,
announce any specials and how
the guests/customers should order from you
either by email or on the website. Have your links ready to copy and paste so
that guests can brouse your sales etc.
Chat with guests, answe any questions then lead into a game.
